NOTIFICATION

Tamil Nadu Corporation for Development of Women Ltd., a Tamil Nadu State Govt. undertaking proposes to engage Internal Auditors to audit the accounts of Head Office and 30 Project Implementation Units on a quarterly basis for 3 years. The annual transactions will be around Rs.50.00 Crores.

Audit firm should have:

• 10 years experience in auditing with profile

• Empanelled with the CAG of India

• Minimum 6 qualified Chartered Accountants

• Experience in internal audit / statutory audit of minimum 20 Government Companies / Undertakings having minimum 10 District Units

Eligible firms may send 2 sealed covers separately superscribing one cover as Technical Bid which should contain the qualifications of the partners, description of audits handled, experience, Balance Sheet for the last 3 years, etc. and another cover as Financial Bid which should contain Audit Fees and Travelling Expenses to reach this office by 3.1.2007 at 2.00 p.m. The Technical Bid will be opened at 3.00 p.m. on 3.1.2007.
