Tender calling for Expression of Interest 
For the Designing, Creation and Development of Website 
for the TNEPRP, Tamilnadu, India

Grant no: TF 052880 under IDA
(JSDF Grant)

1. The Project Director, Tamilnadu Empowerment and Poverty Reduction Project, Tamilnadu, Government of Tamilnadu has applied for a grant from the IDA and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant no: TF 052880 under IDA to payments under the contract for creation and development of portal for the project.

2. The project and the services to be provided are detailed in the enclosed Terms of Reference.

3. The Project Director,TNEPRP, Tamilnadu now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services . Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff etc.,) Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

4. A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out the World Bank’s Guidelines Selection and Employment of Consultants by Bank Borrowers,Jan.1997 and amended upto May 2004.

5. Interested consultants may see the attached Terms of Reference and if required, may obtain further information from the background documents in the address below. Expression of interest must be delivered or mailed not later than 30.6.2005 in the address given below.
