Tamil Nadu Corporation for Development of Women (TNCDW Ltd.) is the lead programme agency for the implementation of Post Tsunami Sustainable Livelihoods Programme (PTSLP) assisted by IFAD. This programme is to be implemented in the coastal panchayats of 6 districts of Tamil Nadu (Tiruvallur, Kancheepuram, Villupuram, Cuddalore, Nagapattinam and Kanyakumari) over a period of 8 years with a coverage of approximately 6,00,000 population.

For this project, TNCDW intends to engage the services of Resource NGOs who would play a specialist role in sharing their expertise by way of transfer of knowledge and skills through capacity building, providing technical support to the Facilitating NGOs (FNGO) and others connected with the project.


The NGOs interested in serving as Resource NGOs are requested to submit detailed Technical and Financial proposals in separate sealed covers not later than 24th March 2008 to the address given below.
