We follow a transparent and systematic purchase procedures following the principles communicated in the recently created Transparency in Tender Act 1998 and the attendant rules. We process tenders with the help of purchase committees (including technical experts wherever necessary) and publish tender results openly for perusal of all bidders.We hope to work in a manner which gives no room for any complaint.
