Tender calling for Expression of Interest
For the engagement of Human Resource Agency
for TNCDW, Tamilnadu

Tamilnadu Corporation for Development of Women is a government of Tamil Nadu undertaking working for the socio economic empowerment of women through formation of self-help groups.

60 numbers of mid level programme managers are to be recruited for the district Project implementation units in 30 districts. The programme managers will be selected from the open market purely on contractual basis. 

It is proposed to engage a Human Resource agency of national repute to identify and recruit persons with suitable skills, aptitude and experience. The Human Resource agency should have substantial experience in recruiting for government departments, externally aided projects in the areas of rural development, poverty alleviation, community development etc., Individual consultants are not eligible. 

Interested Human Resource agencies/firms with required experience are requested to provide information indicating their qualifications to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, no. of officers / staff available and availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.,).

Expression of interest must be delivered or mailed not later than 16.4.2007 in the address given below.
